They are different sizes for different engines. LF16352 is 175.13 mm tall on an M27 x 2 thread for ISF3.8 and QSF2.8; LF14000NN is 294.69 mm tall on an M95 x 2.5-7H thread for ISX, X15 and M11. Neither fits the other's filter head.

Hand tight. Oil the gasket, spin the can on until the gasket touches the head, then turn a further three quarters of a turn. A wrench is only needed to remove the old filter, not to fit the new one.
