FJFilter (Wuhu Youfan Auto Parts Co., Ltd.) is a precision filtration manufacturer. We design and produce fuel, oil, air, hydraulic, marine, cabin-air and CCV filters for global B2B buyers, with in-house tooling, die-casting, injection moulding, CNC machining and assembly in a 15,000 m² plant with 20+ lines; IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified, OEM/ODM and customer-brand production supported.
MOQ varies by product: 5–100 units for standard parts (see product page). Tier pricing decreases with volume. Custom parts usually ≥ 50 units, evaluated by process.
Stock/short-run: 8–50 days; bulk orders 35–60 days, depending on the actual order quantity and the agreed shipping method; custom 45 days or more incl. sampling, confirmed with the quotation. Note your deadline in the inquiry — sales will confirm capacity.
Add products to the inquiry list and submit with contact info. Sales contact you within 24h and issue a formal quotation (tier pricing + proforma invoice) within 72h. For custom parts or items developed from drawings, the quotation timeline is agreed with you case by case. The AI assistant can pre-fill inquiries in chat.
Yes. We develop from drawings/samples and support private labeling. Process: evaluation → sampling (15–40 days if a separate sample round is required) → approval → mass production.
Payment: T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment / L/C / Trade Assurance. Shipping: FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF or DDP; EU & NA warehouses; sea/air/express. Where customs clearance and declaration are involved, freight is charged at actual cost and settled against the freight forwarder's invoice; for small consignments you may specify the shipping method, but not the carrier.
