It fits Volvo FL 180, FL 220 and FL 250 trucks with D6A/B180, D6B220 or D6B250 engines built 2000–2006, the applications where Volvo OE number 20386081 is listed. Compare the number on your old filter body before ordering.

Micron rating only, and the cap colour marks it: R25T is 10 micron (blue), R25P is 30 micron (red) and R25S is 2 micron (brown). All three share the 1"-14 UNF thread and fit the same 245R-series bowl.

Bolt the base down first, fit the four M14 × 1.5 fittings with their O-rings, fill the new element with clean diesel, then thread it on by hand and tighten it yourself rather than leaving it loose. Drain the clear bowl as soon as water shows, and change the element at the engine maker's fuel filter interval — at least once a season in marine use.

R25T is a complete spin-on diesel fuel filter and water separator assembly for 245R-series fuel systems — not a bare element. In the box: a sturdy mounting base, an electrostatically powder-coated housing, a clear nylon collection bowl with a self-venting drain, the 10 micron element already fitted, O-rings, and four M14 × 1.5 fittings. The element runs a 1"-14 UNF centre thread and is rated 98% efficiency at 10 micron, 45 GPH (170 L/h) and 30 psi; overall assembled height is 10.44 in (265 mm). It is the unit to fit when a Volvo FL 180, FL 220 or FL 250 truck (2000–2006), a Wirtgen W-series cold milling machine, a bus, or a marine inboard diesel still runs a 245R-type separator body that is corroded, cracked or missing its bowl.
