CV52001 Crankcase Ventilation Filter for Ram 6.7L Cummins (2007.5-2024)
The CV52001 crankcase ventilation filter is the breather element for the 2007.5-2024 Ram 2500, 3500, 4500 and 5500 with the 6.7L Cummins ISB turbo diesel. The coalescing element separates oil mist and aerosol out of the crankcase blow-by gas before that gas returns to the turbocharger intake, so oil does not coat the compressor wheel, the charge air cooler and the intake tract. It is a direct replacement for Mopar 68002433AB and for Cummins 4936636, and it is serviced every 67,500 miles (108,600 km).

❓ FAQ
Every 67,500 miles (108,600 km) under normal service, or as soon as the overhead console displays the crankcase vent filter service message. Trucks that tow heavy, idle for long periods or work in dusty conditions reach the end of the service life sooner, so inspect the element at each oil change on those duty cycles.
It fits 2007.5-2024 Ram 2500, 3500, 4500 and 5500 with the 6.7L Cummins ISB turbo diesel. Match the part number stamped on your existing element — 68002433AB, 68002433AC, 68002433AA or 4936636 — before ordering.
Both terms point at the same component. Vehicle-side suppliers call the breather element in the crankcase vent circuit a crankcase ventilation (CCV) filter, while filtration suppliers carry the CV52001 series as an open crankcase ventilation (OCV) breather element. On the 6.7L Cummins the element sits in the same housing either way.
Fit the O-ring seals supplied with the element rather than reusing the old ones, and inspect the breather housing gasket — a hardened gasket is a common source of external oil leaks at the top of the engine. The element seats in the factory housing with no adapter and no modification.
Each unit contains one CV52001 crankcase ventilation element and the O-ring seals for the breather housing. The element is covered by a 12-month warranty.

Description
Product Overview
The CV52001 crankcase ventilation filter is the breather element for the crankcase ventilation (CCV) circuit on 2007.5-2024 Ram 2500, 3500, 4500 and 5500 trucks with the 6.7L Cummins ISB turbo diesel. The coalescing element separates oil mist and aerosol out of the crankcase blow-by gas before that gas is routed back into the turbocharger intake, which keeps oil off the compressor wheel, the charge air cooler and the intake tract. It is a direct replacement for Mopar 68002433AB and for Cummins 4936636, and it is serviced every 67,500 miles (108,600 km).
