Yes. KA33517 matches CU 27 003 on all three dimensions: 272 mm length, 198 mm width and 22 mm height. It is a plain particulate element, so it also fits where the original CU version was used.
Cabin filter. It cleans the air going into the cab through the HVAC housing. The engine intake filter for the same trucks is a round element with a quite different part number, so do not order this one for the engine.
Only particles. This is a particulate grade element, which holds pollen, soot and dust. If you need odour and gas adsorption as well, the activated carbon version of the same size is a different part number.
